But as an alternative to on-site fix or if not available in your area yet, you may book your device in for express mail-in or self managed hub drop-off/pickup with one of our mailbox partners.
We are The Original Mobile Fix Technicians. Fix Factory Techs (fTechs) come to you (where available), typically at home, the office or even a coffee shop or parking lot (completed in our equipped vehicle). We'll conduct basic repairs such as screens, batteries and ports, back glass covers and cameras, on-site, and in an anti-static environment in equipped vehicle. We only bring devices back to our shops that are ipads/tablets, or require board-level repairs, via free pickup and delivery fix concierge.

Usually within 20-40mins from technician/device arrival, in most cases. Don't worry - you'll be up and running in no time, but the sooner you book, the better! We complete our repairs in our equipped vehicles (if you are in service area) or there is the option for mail-in as well outside of our on-demand service areas. You may choose from any of the listed qualities when ordering your part for repair. Remember, when you're buying our parts, we include the repair for Free! Parts only requests are on a case by case basis, and you must own a business within the industry.

Fix Factory Canada has technicians of all skills levels (but all Fix Factory certified), most of which can repair any gadget, electronic or mobile device. We have access to specialists that complete micro-soldering, complex board repairs, and tough fixes like the iPhone X main board splits!

While I had issues with the first screen supplied and installed, they were intermittent and I chose to roll with the screen. Then, one night it stopped working. Within less than 12 hours, Fix Factory had a tech to my door and the screen replaced with a new one on warranty. I’m glad they did what they needed to make things right and I’m very happy with the service and work they completed. Will reach out to them again if I ever find myself with a cracked screen.
